Joining the Retzlaff’s on a safari is a very personal experience and more than just a riding holiday. Typically Pat or Mandy will lead each ride with plenty of time spent together on horseback or over dinner sharing stories, experiences, and our way of life.

Included: All horse riding, accommodation, meals, all local drinks (soft drinks, spirits, beers and house wines), vehicle transfers, motorized dhow to & from Benguerra Island, airport pick up and drop off, laundry, cultural tours, a massage (if personnel available), national park fees and Mozambique Government VAT. At the lodge we provide a fruit bowl, gift pack and stock the fridge with water and cool drinks.
Not Included: Flights, personal travel insurance, travel visas, gratuities, any personal spending money and any extra excursions or activities not included in the itinerary.

Single Group Supplement: All safari guests have a private bedroom with their own en-suite bathroom unless they request to share. The single supplement is ONLY required if you will be riding on your preferred dates without any other horse riders in your group.
Booking Terms & Conditions: A deposit of 25 % must be paid in order to secure a booking with remainder of payment finalised 6 weeks before arrival. Cancellation of a booking between twelve weeks and six weeks prior will result in a 25 % refund of the deposit. Cancellation of six weeks or less will result in no payment being refunded. Any booking transferred from its original date and later cancelled will forfeit the initial deposit.
